AutomateX provides AI-powered phone reception services that can answer calls, collect customer information, assist with bookings or requests, transfer calls, and connect data to approved business systems.

The Service may include configurable call flows, voice and language options, recordings, transcripts, summaries, dashboards, call routing, integrations, and related features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Account registration & security

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. AI phone receptionist responsibility

The AI phone receptionist operates based on the business information, call rules, permissions, escalation paths, and integrations provided or approved by you.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate
  • Agents act according to your defined rules and permissions
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions where required

While the platform provides guardrails, approvals, and visibility, responsibility for agent use remains with the user.

6. Data & content ownership

Your content

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you submit to the Service.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

Data usage

  • Your data is not used to train public AI models
  • Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy

7. Integrations & third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools and platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability or performance
  • Data practices of third-party providers

Your use of integrations is subject to their respective terms.

8. Subscriptions & billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay applicable fees
  • Allow automatic renewals unless canceled

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

9. Intellectual property

All platform software, design, and materials (excluding your content) are owned by AutomateX.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
  • Discontinue features with reasonable notice

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • The Service is discontinued

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of AI-generated outputs

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
